Company structure

NBLgold is affiliated with engineering design firm Geotechproyekt (Ekaterinburg) and consulting company Zolotaya Misl ZAO (Golden Idea) (Khabarovsk, Magadan, Blagoveshchensk).

The head office of NBLgold is located in Moscow, and its regional branch offices are in the centres of Russia's principal resource-rich regions: Ekaterinburg (Urals), Krasnoyarsk (Siberia), Blagoveshchensk (Far East) and Magadan (North-East).

The Moscow office includes a staff of 50, and each of the regional offices generally has 3-4 staff.

The head office is structured into the following departments:

• Geological Department
• Mining Department (Integrated department providing research and design for mining projects)
• Mineral Processing Department
• Infrastructure and Environmental Department (Integrated department providing design of engineering infrastructure)
• Financial and Economics Department
• Information and Analytical Department

Company structure of NBLgold

The company's management consists entirely of technical professionals with many years of continuous experience in their fields of expertise.

NBLgold staff are highly qualified professionals - geologists, mining engineers, mineral processing engineers and metallurgists, hydrotechnical engineers, civil engineers, and economists. Many of them are members of the Expert Council of GKZ (the Russian State Commission on Reserves) and many also have international professional accreditation.

Our company was founded by engineers form institutes Ginalmazzoloto (Glavalmazzoloto-Komdragmet), VNIPIPROMtechnologii (Minsredmash-MinAtom), TsNIGRI, and VIMS (MinGeo - Ministry of Natural Resources).

To carry out serious scientific and consulting work we are continuously attracting leading engineers and scientists from other scientific research, design, and educational institutes across the FSU. We are in a position to select from this panel of about 200 experts, on a temporary basis, exactly those needed for any particular project.
